We usually ship orders within 1 to 2 business days (business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). In case of the unusual circumstance your order is not shipped within 2 business days you will be notified.

Shipping FAQ

We Pay for Your Shipping on all domestic orders of Yixing teapots and teas that total over $100 at TeapotMart!
For returned items a restocking fee will be charged to the extent of the shipping and handling. On all international and other orders we just charge the cost of the shipping which we will inform you about before we complete the sale and ship.

Free shipping excludes second day or express deliveries. The cost of express delivery usually cost $20 to $30 depending on the weight of the order. The teapots will be shipped and insured with USPS or UPS. We take great care in packing the pots but because they are fragile they sometimes break in transit. The buyer will be responsible to make a claim on the insurance. We provide instructions and claim forms when necessary to help you make a claim.

If you want a replacement sent another sale will be processed and your credit card will be charged for the replacement.
